Taste and learn all about the arctic food culture seated together with the locals.  in a Chef´s table setting together with Norway´s no 1 open fire cook; Chef Bangkokk.

Welcome to a 5 hour arctic culinary journey experiencing some of the worlds most exclusive produce during  and 8 coarse arctic feast.

What to expect

You will be taken on a five hour gastronomic journey through the arctic culture and food landscape.

Here are examples of typical ingredients and dishes: 

  • Shrimp coctail with fresh local shrimps from Lyngen

  • Fresh local white fish baked in salt under coals from an open fire

  • Raw King Crab grilled on hot coal

  • Fresh salmon smoked over open fire

  • Bidos - traditional Sami stew of reindeer

  • Carpaccio of whal

  • Local wild lamb grilled over open fire
